CoreRecruit™ is designed to interface with CoreReceivables and seamlessly integrate essential back office modules into the front office system. Designed to efficiently streamline the billing and collection process, one-time entry is the hallmark of our accounting system integration. The front office of CoreRecruit™ provides most of the data needed for timely processing, resulting in reduced error and accelerated invoicing. Billing and commission information is automatically captured when the work order is filled. CoreRecruit™ features monthly client statements, automatic prorating of invoices for fall-offs, tracking of revenue by defined categories, commission reports and draw statements based on cash receipts, credit history, application of finance charges, aging reports and more.

The collection process generates collection letters, schedules collection calls, and records contact calls. CoreReceivables can be integrated into CoreRecruit™ and is a module of CoreAccount, a complete accounting system including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
