CoreRecruit™ manages an enormous quantity of information for each candidate. Candidate profile screens contain all the space you need to enter phone numbers, addresses, skills, education qualifications, past employment and other important details on the fly. All candidate contacts, submittals and reference checks are automatically date- and time-stamped and recorded in the Chronicle. With CoreRecruit™, your candidate profiles stay complete and up-to-date. As resumes pour in by mail, fax, e-mail, or the Internet, CoreRecruit™ efficiently creates a record of the candidate and automatically sends an e-mail application form. From the reply, CoreRecruit™ updates the candidate information and parses the resume with breathtaking speed to capture job and language skills. The candidate's resume is stored in its original format in the MORE Library attached to their record. Once the candidate profile is set up, CoreRecruit™ places an entry in MAP for appropriate recruiters to review. Maintaining periodic contact with hot candidates is effortless. Candidate contact stays current, with no resume and application backlogs. CoreRecruit™ offers all of the extras that make an effective candidate placement system complete: reference checks, job history, availability, testing results, and skill levels obtained from our comprehensive skills dictionary. A complete candidate profile, stored and immediately accessible, ensures the best submittal to your client. The advanced structure of CoreRecruit™ simplifies recruitment tracking and placement. When a work order is entered, the CoreRecruit™ search engine identifies qualified candidates. In seconds, a recruiter can select which resumes to view. When suitable candidates have been selected for the shortlist, each step from submittal to hire is recorded in the Chronicle with pertinent reminders appearing in MAP for follow-up action. These candidates are immediately e-mailed with details of the work order. Subject to a positive response and appropriate screening, their resumes are e-mailed directly to the client. Each stage of the hiring process is captured in the submittal record and accessible for review from the work order, candidate profile or from the recruiter's MAP. Once the candidate has been chosen for interview, CoreRecruit™ manages the complete placement process. From the work order, a detailed assignment record is created for each successful candidate containing compensation details, benefits, skills and other relevant information. When a candidate is placed on contract, CoreRecruit™ will provide timely notification of the contract end date on the recruiter's MAP to remind them a new contract for this candidate is needed. |
