In seconds, a recruiter can select which resumes to view. When suitable candidates have been selected for the shortlist, each step from submittal to hire is recorded in the Chronicle with pertinent reminders appearing in MAP for follow-up action. These candidates are immediately e-mailed with details of the work order. Subject to a positive response and appropriate screening, their resumes are e-mailed directly to the client. From the work order, a detailed assignment record is created for each successful candidate containing compensation details, benefits, skills and other relevant information. When a candidate is placed on contract, CoreRecruit™ will provide timely notification of the contract end date on the recruiter's MAP to remind them a new contract for this candidate is needed.
