With MAP, you can easily set, record and track tasks and appointments and allocate vital resources to prevent double booking of attendees, equipment and locations. Availability of other employees can easily be checked on their MAP, and when you set a meeting time on your schedule, an email can immediately be sent to the attendees for a response. Alarms remind you of meetings and events, with similar prompts appearing on each attendee's MAP.

All tasks that are time sensitive and require regular follow-up are there at-a-glance. The dynamic follow-up feature automatically places reminders into MAP to service companies, contacts, candidates, submittals and work orders on a repeating cycle. As each task is performed, the action is permanently logged in the Chronicle, an activity history accessible from every candidate, work order and client record. CoreRecruit™ automatically flags the next date for contact. Click on a particular task in MAP and the system automatically opens the applicable record where you can view all prior events in the Chronicle.

When several associates service an important account, a regular callback reminder appears in MAP for each representative. As soon as any member of the account team completes and records the task, it will disappear from everyone's MAP.
