Work Orders...All Systems Go.
CoreRecruit™ maintains
a dynamic list of all open work orders, accommodating all the criteria
relevant to your clients. A pro-forma work order, with default values,
is created for each client. When subsequent orders arrive, CoreRecruit™
automatically populates a new work order, leaving only a few specific
details to be added or amended.
All
prior work orders for a given client can also be displayed, providing
a useful history of past staffing needs. Automatic notification of new
work orders can be sent to a pre-defined list of recruiters.
Upon capturing the
work order, the sleek search engine in CoreRecruit, scours every word
and character in the database to mine the most qualified candidates and
automatically rank these according to your criteria. All information in
the system, including the candidate profile and original resume, is instantaneously
searched. CoreRecruit™ provides immediate and precise matches between
candidates and clients.
The salesperson and
recruiters are entered automatically for each work order, enabling the
tracking and reminder processes within MAP. Recruiters can easily request
a list of all their active work orders and review the stage that candidates
have reached in the placement process.
